New York 1940’s

After serving four years in the Army Air Corps as a photo officer during World War II, Guerrero returned to New York City to restart his career in 1946. Armed this time with a camera, Guerrero documented the city as it looked in the postwar years when men and women always wore hats and the city was returning to life.
